By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree", you enter into a binding agreement with PlaySpaceIQ ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlaySpaceIQ. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
Certain features — including paid subscriptions, venue bookings, and agent representation — require you to be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at playspaceiq@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the free plan is prohibited.
When you book a venue through PlaySpaceIQ, you enter into a direct agreement with the venue operator (the "Host"). PlaySpaceIQ acts as a marketplace facilitator, not a party to that agreement. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of any venue.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Hosts. You should review the Host's policy before booking. PlaySpaceIQ's platform fees are non-refundable unless the Host cancels the booking.
Hosts represent that their listed spaces comply with all applicable laws, are insured, and are accurately described. PlaySpaceIQ reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. PlaySpaceIQ does not store your card details.
Important: AI-generated performance analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional sports coaching, medical advice, or fitness guidance.
PlaySpaceIQ's AI analysis features use machine learning models to evaluate athletic performance from video or statistical inputs. These models:
By using AI analysis features, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that PlaySpaceIQ is not liable for any physical injury, loss of performance, or other harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
You retain ownership of videos, images, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant PlaySpaceIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use your content to operate and improve the Service.
The PlaySpaceIQ name, logo, platform design, and all proprietary technology are owned by PlaySpaceIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Elite, Scout) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Your subscription auto-renews until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYSPACEIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations or urgent matters.
YOU AND PLAYSPACEIQ WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
