We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

Your profile data (name, sport, performance scores) may be visible to other users where you have enabled it — for example, by making your athlete profile public. Scout and agent users on verified plans may access public athlete profiles.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow recovery. Performance data and videos are retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete them. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security on all database tables, rate limiting on all API endpoints, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PlaySpaceIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If you believe your child has created an account without your consent, contact us at playspaceiq@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

Users aged 13–17 may use the platform with parental consent. Parents may request access to or deletion of their minor child's data at any time.

10. GDPR (EU/UK Users)

Our legal basis for processing your data includes: contract performance (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (marketing emails, analytics cookies), and legal obligation (tax records, regulatory requests).
