1. Overview

This Coach Agreement governs your participation as a coach on the PlaySpaceIQ platform. By creating a coach profile, you agree to the terms set out here (in their finalized form) and to conduct yourself professionally and safely at all times.

2. Eligibility & Background Checks

Because PlaySpaceIQ serves youth athletes, all coaches must complete and maintain a valid Live Scan fingerprint background check. You authorize PlaySpaceIQ to verify your clearance and to keep your profile invisible to athletes until verification is complete.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must complete Live Scan fingerprinting and provide valid clearance documentation.
• You must promptly renew your background check before it expires.
• Certain criminal history may permanently disqualify you from coaching youth athletes.

3. Conduct & Safety When Working With Minors

You agree to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism when coaching minor athletes, including following all applicable youth-protection guidelines.

4. Fees & Payouts

PlaySpaceIQ facilitates bookings and payments between you and athletes (or their guardians). A platform fee applies to each completed session.

5. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of PlaySpaceIQ. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
